Diverse cultures may have different customs, values, and work habits. It is very important to find common ground while working inside teams such as these. Not being locked down to a certain location people are now able to choose their physical work space and change it up whenever necessary. Many people within the virtual work world claim to be more productive with their work than ever before because of this freedom.

 All this self-control and new-found responsibilities gives people the comforts they have desired for, such as the way they are dressed, where they choose to work, and designing their own schedule. Making the balancing of work and personal life a bit easier on them; although, as mentioned before it does take certain tasks to achieve this. Being a virtual business doesn’t only have its advantages for the employee but for the employers as well. By not having a physical location large enough to accommodate all of its employee or even have a location at all, saves both the employer and employee money on transporting to and from the workplace.
